Acceptance

By using Paint10, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

User conduct

• You agree not to harass, spam, or abuse other players.
• You agree not to upload offensive content (hate speech, pornographic material, etc.).
• You agree not to attempt to crash, hack, or disrupt the game servers.
• You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.

Accounts

You may play as a guest (tied to your browser) or sign in with Google. Guest progress is lost if you clear your browser data. We recommend connecting a Google account to keep your progress across devices.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of your drawings. By submitting them, you grant Paint10 a license to display them in the game. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

Paint10 is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from the use of the game.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
